Shipping & Refund Policies

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

Our standard handling time is 2-5 business days and we ship orders via USPS First Class (5-7 days) and USPS Priority (2-3 days). For more detailed information about the status of your package once it has shipped, please refer to the tracking number we emailed you for your order. All days are business days.

What is your return/refund policy?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a replacement or refund, please send an email to info@justbeginning.net and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of your request, but depending on your banking institution, funds may take 2-7 days to appear in your bank account.

We cannot offer refunds or transfers on Encounter Registrations. Please email us if you have any questions.
